Our IFFM, EORR Cross Body Unity, Taveau Leadership  Beliefs

A Guide for the Wise and Curious

THE MOTTO OF THIS DIVERSE CROSS BODY MINISTRY MOVEMENT

“It’s NOT as much about the FORM, the LOOK or the LOOT…

it’s about BEARING JESUS PURE FRUIT.”

Core Commitments from Our Ministry

“We do not change God’s Holy Bible to please society or ourselves. Rather we change US .. our hearts, our motives, our methodology and our tones” Taveau D’Arcy

IFFM,etc we’ll explain all the ministry big facets soon. (TD’s Life Long ministry auto bio includes all this)

From Taveau D’Arcy’s ministry vision and teaching across our sites:

  • Berean Spirit – We encourage believers to test all things by Scripture (Acts 17:11).

  • Grace Without Compromise – Salvation is by grace through faith alone, but grace is never an excuse for sin.

  • Against Legalism and Bias – We reject authoritarian control, law-bound religion, and cultural bias in the Body of Christ.

  • Servant Leadership – True leadership is humble and organic, never built on titles, fame, or coercion.

  • Big Office Sr Titles- Sister Taveau operates in all 5 sr offices but in a very First Church form (teaching it) “Big title bearing” was not in very first church. Rather the 5 fold offices (apostle, prophet, pastor, teacher, evangelistic) were viewed ‘functions” so Taveau “uses a title on occasion, when necessary, but means it as a comment about the God given “FUNCTION” (please spread this apostolic word)
  • Respectful Freedom – As in the Book of Acts, faith is always a free choice, never pressured or manipulated.

  • Discernment and Reform – We are called to expose false teachings while walking in humility and Christlike character.

  • Christian Unity in Respectful Diversity – We affirm Equal Opportunity, Real Respect (EORR) across all cultures, genders, and backgrounds. (Note: Just like Christ, we respect EACH and EVERY PERSON.. as all are ” made in the image of God” as He loves them. As we value human life.
Yet, while we respect  one and all, we may not agree with them…much want to  condone them OR  we may not approve of the other person’s choices,   beliefs, stands, views, lifestyles..as that is between each of them and God. AND THEY also may not agree with, condone or approve of OUR choices. (that is safe society for the children) (this is based upon Pauline command “each person work out their own salvation” Philippians 2:12

  • The International Fellowship of Foundational Ministries (mentoring, acts of community, individual service, support others who do works) Nickname The IFFM  (explanation coming soon) (was a nonprofit 501c3 filed in the state of VA in 1996 and dropped intentionally in DFW 2013 but  we are now in the process of reviving it (as the Lord will it) …for purposes of new growth in area, families, humans persons who might be overlooked. Also philanthropy, area ministry collaborations and making donations, provisions to persons in need, but ministries who help the least of these.

Synopsis: The IFFM name and idea is based on a 2 week visitation in 1995 following a guest speaker in Central VA when God revealed this Name which is based upon Paul in Ephesians 2:19–20

“Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone.

The Common Doctrine of Ephesians 4 Divine Appointment Ministry Relationships, No Warring and Peaceful Community Pleases God & Transforms Society

Part: Ephesians 4 not turf guarding, but God please community, hence no shepherding movement, person’s (mostly women)as a minister’s property, or WELP psychic occult, taking up collections in a false manner (ex: holding people hostage for money).

All true believers share this foundation of unity:

The Common Doctrines (Paul Ephesians)

  • One Body (the Church)

  • One Hope (eternal life in Christ)

  • One Lord (Jesus Christ)

  • One Faith (the gospel of salvation)

  • One Baptism (into Christ)

  • One God and Father of all (Ephesians 4:4–6)

This is the biblical standard — the true measure of whether a person is “in the faith.”
