And adhering to the Apostolic First Church common ministry protocol as seen in the teachings of Apostle Paul and the ministry examples in the book of Matthew.
The concern is not disagreement itself—which is normal and even healthy.
I am in favor of honest theological discussion.
Rather, the issue lies in the methodology, the tone, and the ministry actions that are sometimes used when differences arise.
Galatians 6:1
Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Matthew 18:15-16

The focus is not on individuals, but rather on practices, biblical protocol, and how we treat one another in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.
