PSALM 123
1 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters,
and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress;
so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy upon us.
3 Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us:
for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease,
and with the contempt of the proud.
MY KEY NOTE:
When God first caused me to discover, to read this Psalm, I first thought that it was about ME in the way of “Me needing correction.” Thus I self inspected “my own heart” as I am aware of being very human. (it was not at that exact moment, it was more about interpreting WHAT I’d been enduring way down in the deep Southwest patriarchal untoward (ambitious, seeking) ministries.
And I still read this entire Psalm to “proof read” MY OWN HUMAN SOUL…and to let God convict me of any need for “self humbling” “repentance” as Spirit directed method “inner house cleaning” …at various, many important key times.
But during the time period, about 2015-2016 when I was in DFW contemplating all that was in the noble pioneering area and all what was, still is, in the Bible, the Holy Fear of the Lord “Godly remnant” I realize that many were, are now still falling very short.
And there were, are, a powerful lot of formidable, truly gifted smart persons who equate “church going” “church building” or “church overseeing’ are now far more into the big business and operations of it, ( I would suppose, maintaining it’s people group, and turf, and collections to keep all of the ministry property, salaries caught up.
But I, as a minister, in all of my life in ministry and with my own developing office ministry active for over 25 years…I never before “SEEN” … in such a MASSIVE AMOUNT the respect for MONEY, having MUCH, MAKING INCOME, and Possessions, buildings, looks and Christian apostolic, church FORM (buildings, presentation forms) in such PER CAPITA and at the COST of what genuinely mattered bot the TO LORD, in the First Church disciple manner..and to me, having been reared among two deep south denominational sr pastors, who were mature, saved and skilled doctrinally, who related to all, who were deeply in love with the Lord, each other and my sister and myself.
In ministry Bible hindsight I was raised in Pauline servant calm, meaning in deferring “mutual submission in the fear of the Lord” Ephesians 5:21 (First Church) not “scurrying rat race” NOT around sr minister aristocracy, making it big, or need for progress, efficiently at the expense of God’s people.
It was “not fully Bible organic” Definition of ‘truly Bible organic” respect for all, not ONLY for income, It was prophetic without divining satanic unfriendly occult witch watching, misogyny and class bias, “pecking order” and the need for “more.” (temporal classic trends”)

Yet, it was not until the Lord interpreted what was making THIS OFFICE PERSON. so uncomfortable (also, please take any of this as a “thus saith the Lord”) until eventually the Holy Spirit (the John 16:13) mighty God) started to reveal keep Bible passages that were “given me” to train and to advise my own self but these.

And another one was this Psalm 123 “verses 3 and 4′

Overall… after 30 plus years in pioneering ministry, it soon dawned on me that apparently God had SENT DOWN THERE like a Daniel SENT to the seat of Babylonian Empire money making covening Christianity. See Psalm 137 “happy, making merry, much music but surface, money making also Demas temporal sometimes occult, controlling, people pleasing targeting playtime”
And this not talking to ALL fellow Holy Fear of the Lord “prophetic remnant” type Christians, be they Baptist, Methodist, pentecostal, spirit filled or not in ministry, etc. Also this is not addressing the secular persons or any or person in a non Christian belief set.
DISCUSSING PSALM 123
FIRST 2 VERSE (read beneath) Note the Psalm 123:1-2 “the heart of the pure hearted him/her servant of the Lord” humble ,waiting on His deep instructions (akin to Psalm 127:1)
The Psalmist must have had a pure heart. He was faithful the Most High God, first and foremost. He self inspected, self humbled often to keep in touch with God’s ministry favor and Holy Pure Reverential Spirit.
This could be about a man, a woman or anybody. But we’re going use the words in the Bible Psalm 123.
The Inner Heart Motives of the “true follower, the servant of the Holy God are reflected in the first two verses of Psalm 123.
123 Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters,
and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress;
so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that he have mercy
We note that this person, an humble unknown psalmist carries a deep personal value for the Lord. And he seems to have a long term, responsible, respecting ” ongoing relationship” with God, which is “set apart” from his achievement, his peers and the society.
He appears to have developed habit of “being with the Lord” so he knows how to “draw apart from the world to get alone time” with the living God. (in the old days we used to call it Quiet Time 15 minutes at the least back then, now I can go into the Psalm 91 Secret Place for many hours!)
Avoid pride, it is perceived by others like the light house rays
THE LIGHTHOUSE AND VERSES 3-4
3 Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us:
for we are exceedingly filled with contempt.
4 Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease,
and with the contempt of the proud.
Setting: the Psalmist now has to walk out into the. world, where the people do not always ‘know the Lord” and even many who do, do not respect or regard anyone other than their own selves. (which is now)
Setting: The pure hearted psalmist (the every man)goes to fellowship, ministry, family, employment, the coffee shop where he (or a she) runs into “humans” of all races, genders, believes, styles. and character, tones, respect, awareness, discerning and perceiving, valuing all others OR NOT.
That is how it is today and it is the REASON FOR THIS VALID WORD.
Bottom Line:
The perceiver/discerner,wise other centric, humble person encounter the SPIRIT OF PRIDE (See whole Leviathan Job 41 chapter)
He, she, can “PERCEIVE’ beaming out (like the light house beam) from various persons (whether they know it, understand it or NOT) It is invisible (self righteous pride) but “BY OTHERS IT IS PERCEIVED (like the light house rays.: it detectable, noticeable and inwardly silently “OBSERVED, NOTED and it WOUNDS, ACCUSES the humble person”
Perhaps it is a spirit of RACIST pride, WHITE PRIDE, BROWN PRIDE or “Good Deed Doer Pride “(Goody Goody WE GO TO CHURCH YOU DO NOT !) or (Paul said to flee 1 Timothy 6:5) “it measures you by your wealth” plus prophetic gift superior pride, money, house and lands Ego Pride and more.
(Shape of persons, form, looks PRIDE) as A PERSON’S SIZE REALLY MATTERS TO OVER MANY so that would be ANOTHER “trigger for this “right to Pride”)
Many atypical human choice persons recognize this. “the peer “NORM” allows this PRIDE to form clubs, cults, clans, exclusive ministries, and anti OTHER ministries.
There is “knowledge pride”

PRIDE HIDES (to target, to avoid, to get it’s own WAY) ..however, it is “invisibly VISIBLE” to us with the gift of discernment, perceiving and many rude, biased backstories often abuse.SO BEWARE and let us each SELF INSPECT so that we resemble the humble, servant leader, the respectful wise CHRIST, not the mean ACCUSER.
A DEEP CONTRAST TO PRIDE RAYS (like the light house)
Not PRIDE beamed out ( shed abroad in each of our hearts) But His Love
“And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost” which is given (freely, by grace) to us” Romans 5:5
Pride about KNOWLEDGE, GIFTS, POSITION, MORE
Apostle Paul in ministry Ephesians 3:19 “to know the love** of Christ which passes knowledge and be FILLED WITH THE FULLNESS OF GOD” ** This is a POINT: 2 kinds of ministry JESUS LOVE “turn the other cheek, walk the extra mile, forgive them unconditionally, etc) the other “Adult Mature Christ care enough to relate and humbly confront OPENLY (church temple Pharisees Matthew 7:21-23, chapter 23 all 21:12-13) and also Sin Confronting, calmly IN PRIVATE ONE TO ONE Galatians 6:1, Matthew 18:15-16) See directly below:
Proverbs 28:21
To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
Deuteronomy 10:17 “My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.”
NO “Respecter of persons:” (high and mighty leadership) “they advertise their church, ministry, big conference as “Christian” (representing Christ) which implies they want us all. Each one will be respected equally, and valued. However, when you there, they have a class system well set in order, so they target the MANY who do not fit their “particular STYLE, LOOK, VIBE, GENDER, RACE, AGE, etc They advertise using Jesus safe loving wholesome, to draw in big crowds to get offerings to keep the doors open, but they only SOME as Ephesians 1:6 “accepted in the beloved’
I submit to that this is. “anti Christ” and a blasphemy (*using fraud) Ten Commandments “do not use the name of the Lord thy God in vain’ I will not hold them guiltless who use MY NAME IN VAIN.
The IFFM, Cross Body Unity Picture of “Respecter of( ONLY SOME PET KINDS OF) PERSONS”
Means: You, the top leaders, invite them all, but YOU only TRULY WANT those just are like you or who have MONEY or who meet YOUR criteria. (witchcraft use of craven authority) And the ones whom YOU do not approve of will be smarter and PERCEIVE IT by their spirits, as they have been around this such much in the past.

The “spirit of religious, social, educational, biased superspiritual pride is behind “the respecter of persons spirit” (there are many more verses about this, but I just list but a few.
James 2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.
James 3:17 “The wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, easily entreated, full of mercy and good fruit WITHOUT PARTIALITY and without hypocrisy”
Romans 2:11 “for there is no respect of persons with God”
