It serves as the official reference policy for senior ministers and experienced leaders. And it also applies to all Taveau Creative Leadership online, on land media and ministry gatherings,
And to IFFM The International  Fellowship Foundational Ministries (Ephesians 2:19-21) resurrected  non profit 50231 which, Lord willing  will be umbrella for all of this. Also divine appointment one to one prophetic minister mentoring,

Policy Statement

PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A PROPHETIC SIGN to the unsung universe of Bible-believing servant Christians.
To some, it may be a mega-prototype for the now future church.

We want to be “here for you” when / as / if you need it.

This ministry is:

• Multifaceted, multigifted

• Stirring up the gifts and functions of all five senior offices

• Dr. T is the head, founder, and senior office leader

PURE HEARTED FOUNDATION

While we address senior ministry offices (as we need to), Pastor T has researched the First Church prior to the 3rd century, before Constantine and Roman-Greco influences entered what had been:

• All servant leader

• No big I’s, no little you’s

• House-to-house gatherings

Acts 2:46 (KJV)
“And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart.”

There was no overseeing watch, for it was all in the spirit of Philippians 2:12 — PS hearing God for yourself, even when it’s different from the system, masses and it must agree, line with God’s Holy Bible Word.

“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”

This produced a kind of democracy, which it sometimes is today.

In the First Church (before hierarchy and orthodoxy), there were well-known renown persons and lesser-known ministers. Yet in all Ephesians 4 ministry offices, they did not accustom themselves to the use of status-symbol “waving of” big titles, as often done today. Rather, ministry regarded them as functions.

Note: Dr. Taveau’s senior office functions in all fivefold Christian ministry office functions. Thus, there is respect to all — yet without exalting big I’s and diminishing little you’s.

• Galatians 1:1–2 (KJV)
  “Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia.”
  (Paul was not bragging, not ashamed, but used the servant-leader lower-case “a” apostle — a function, not a capital “A” title Apostle.)

• Acts 17:17 (KJV)
  “Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him.”
  (Apostolic Taveau likewise submits to fellowship with Christian senior ministers.)

• Ephesians 5:21 (KJV)
  “Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”
  (The organic First Church principle of mutual submission.)

We are PRO the many ministers, We are AGAINST fault finding, too much control, gossip, accusation without Galatians 6:1, Matthew 18:15-16 In private

We are collaborative with the genuine, true Body of Christ.

• We are not taking your sheep or your income.

• In fact, we prefer to send you some — just get in touch if/as/often you feel led by God’s Holy Spirit.

This is a Galatians 1:1–2, Acts 17:17 move:

• Non-aligned

• Non-overseer shepherding

• Non–turf-protecting leadership

We are mutually submitted in the fear of the Lord (Ephesians 5:21)

Training and Model

We train “humans” (real God formed persons, males, female, all races, all politics, all identities, yet we train Christ, gender, moral ideas as in the Bible but not in accusation, Bible stomping, partisan politics. or “AGAINST one group or another” That is too much like society!

Rather Pastor Taveau wants to model, correct, inform, reprove, and suggest in order to restore organic First Church ministry..for a Pauline Ephesians 4 “transformed, community which effects society” (not cultish, witch watching toxic dysfunctional turf: see Ephesians 2:3-18/I Timothy 6:50

Our goal is to weed out:

• Bias, Bigotry, Unjust Sin Spying, Any prejudice, slaves, masters in ministry

• Media /mega society trends in the Church

• Star-struck bias

• Empty traditions

• Accuser-based ,often dysfunctional, anti certain kinds of blood bought persons: Levitical Pharisaism

• Temporal(rather than Holy Spirit Eternal)  Demas Ministry Mindsets

• Training and workshops

• Theology and prophecy sessions

• Worship, innovation, creative wisdom, many ideas (2-3 sessions brush off the rust, help with apostolic theology, prophetic ministry) private coaching … tutoring

• Consulting and advising mature, non-dysfunctional senior leadership

We operate in:

• James 3:17 (KJV) —
  “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”

• Ephesians 4:2–3 (KJV) —
  “With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.”

This is not considered “traditional” in modern days, as there has been no deep theological or practices research until now.

The 2 Kinds of Jesus Christ “Love” 

Ephesians 3:19 (KJV)
“And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.”

First: It passes knowledge, learning, internet, educational degrees, long term life, ministry, experience, talent and gifting, titles, position, power and  money

Second: Unless know it, are taught it, and have it, the we, (I, you, them) will not be FILLED with the FULLNESS OF GOD (only filled with a tiny bit)

But what ARE the KINDS OF JESUS LOVE:

(briefly there are two basic kinds)

• SWEET INFANT CHRIST: Both the sweet, tender love of Jesus (gentle as (well known as “Sweet Baby Jesus”.)Classically “turn the other cheek, walk the extra mile, unconditional love which includes “forgive them Father, for they known not what they do“

• MATURE FED UP “HOLY SPIRIT DIRECTED” (RESPECTFUL, NON VIOLENT) “Tossing of the temple money chasers tables (See 3 Historical Examples: Matthew 7:21-23, Chapter 21:12-13, and Chapter 23 (entire chapter)

• And this latter is the missing part today in much of the Church culture: a teaching about this mature, upfront, respectful love that can confront, hold accountable, and still remain humble, calm, and Christlike (tough love)

Each of Our Choice Christ Our Peace (It’s ever a choice)

Ephesians 2:14-15 (KJV)
“For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;”

Abiding, Enduring, and Self-Governing

“I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

Regarding the Submission of Taveau’s own postolic teacher, trainer, sr pastor /minister’s   Words of the Lord, Messages, Video, all

All words and messages are submitted to leadership as non-dogmatic “Selah”
(to pause, consider, and compare with the Bible).

We respect all. And Sister Taveau encourages every one to ‘be a Noble Berean who would make Apostle Paul Proud” and in accord with that to feel free to, one and all,  Philippians 2:12

Handling Big, Small, Bible, Family, Fellowship Life,

Disagreements In Abiding James 3:17 (ART) Act this out bearing the non compromising, non Bible thumping, never berating, bullying demeaning or vilifying in an argument, on video, from the pulpit, in private (This is a trainable healthy ministry, parent teaching: it is Galatians 5:22-23 “fruits of the spirit ” (Paul) the person’s own personal self government at work.

Reminder to teach, train and employ See the “relationship preserving, respecting”  fruits of James 3:17 “the wisdom from above” beneath:

RESPECT OFFICIAL POLICY:

We teach REAL RESPECT and VALUE for each Humans own believer, choice, identities and theology,..that is right in the Things of Jesus Christ… However “respecting” does mean that we may believe the same, agree with the person’s choices, theology, practices, or condone them, or endorse them. But it also means that THEY do  not HAVE to believe the same, agree with  or endorse, or condone,— OUR CHOICES..note we not shout down, control, demean, devalue any other person…Neither do we make Jesus Name a gazingstock in public or in private.

Bottom Line: At THIS CROSS BODY. UNITY MOVEMENT, IFFM, TCL   it is how we RESPECTFULLY  disagree that matters most to the Christian witness.
