Meaning: If a righteous person turns from righteousness and sins, none of his former righteousness will be remembered — he will die for it.

9. If you do NOT FORGIVE others

If ye forgive not men… neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Meaning: Forgiveness is conditional upon forgiving others.

Meaning: “Anomia” = lawlessness. Ministry works don’t replace obedience.

11. Holiness required**

Hebrews 12:14 – KJV

…holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

Meaning: Holiness (hagiasmos) = sanctification; required to see God.

Hebrews 12:14 (Greek)

Εἰρήνην διώκετε μετὰ πάντων καὶ τὸν ἁγιασμόν, οὗ χωρὶς οὐδεὶς ὄψεται τὸν Κύριον·
(Eirēnēn diōkete meta pantōn kai ton hagiasmon, hou chōris oudeis opsetai ton Kyrion.)

Meaning: “Hagiasmos” = sanctification, holiness. Without it, no one will see the Lord — not just “less reward,” but no entrance.

SEVERAL BIG POINTS:

These verses show salvation is relational and conditional, not automatic after a one-time prayer.

• Blasphemy against the Spirit is eternally damning.

• Unforgiveness blocks your own forgiveness.

• Ministers can be rejected despite miracles.

• Holiness is a requirement, not an option.(this means willful, careless, repeated disregard for the ways of God as represented in the Bible, but does not mean YOU FALL INTO SIN but repent, quickly turn to the Lord, and ask Him to forgive) even “more than a few times” (besetting human weaknesses, sins, addictions, cursing, sex,  etc) 

A NEW BEGINNING SUMMARY

The Hebrew and Greek clearly show:

• Names can be erased from the Book of Life.

• Believers can fall from grace.

• If we deny Christ, He will deny us.

• Willful sin after knowing truth brings judgment.

• Branches “in Christ” can be cut off.

• Righteousness can be forfeited.

• We are commanded to remain and guard our faith.

Ministry Scope: From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture warns that continued faith, obedience, and holiness are essential.

Western Church:

NOT GOING TO “CHURCH ” “FORSAKING the fellowship with the saints ” IS NOT THE ULTIMATE ACCUSABLE LEGALISM”…no, failing to receive Christ in one heart, and then  NOT KNOWING, DOING any of the  ABOVE …ETERNALLY IS.

Salvation is covenental, not a one-time legal transaction; it must be guarded, lived out, and not abandoned.
